We typically arrange pick-ups at around 09:00 AM from the monument of King Tomislav,
or your accommodation, if accomodation is near meating point. We kindly
ask that you be ready at the agreed-upon time and location.
Our tours are available and guaranteed throughout the year, ensuring you can enjoy them at any time. The price covers your private guide
for the duration of the tour. Please keep in mind that gratuity for the
guide is not included in the price, so it is appreciated to provide a
tip separately
Welcome to our guided tour of Zagreb. This tour is conducted in English, lasts 4 hours, and the starting time can be arranged to fit your schedule. We begin at the King Tomislav monument, near the Central Station and the historic Esplanade Hotel.
Our first stop is Zrinjevac, a green oasis in the city. We'll then explore Ban Jelačić Square, the heart of Zagreb, and head to Kaptol to visit the Zagreb Cathedral.
Next, we'll visit the vibrant Dolac market and stroll along Tkalčićeva Street, a lively pedestrian area. We'll continue through Radićeva Street to the Stone Gate.
In Gradec, we'll see the Church of St. Mark and important government buildings. We'll also visit St. Cyril and Methodius Church, St. Catherine's Square, and Lotrščak Tower. From there, we'll take a ride on the Funicular, the shortest cable car in the world, connecting the Lower and Upper Towns.
We'll walk along Ilica Street,
the main shopping area, and explore the underground tunnel leading back
to the main square. You also have the option for a coffee break during
the tour. Our tour ends at the Croatian National Theatre, a cultural landmark.

Additionally, as part of our tour, we'll enjoy a short ride on the Zagreb Funicular, known as the world's shortest funicular railway. The ticket for the ride is included in the price.

Know Before You Go
When making a reservation, it is necessary to immediately pay a deposit of 100% of the agreed-upon amount.
Cancellation of the reservation up to 30 days prior to the start of service execution will not incur any charges and will be fully refunded.
Cancellation of the reservation between 7 and 30 days prior to the start of service execution will incur a 30% charge of the reservation amount.
Cancellation of the reservation within 7 days prior to the planned start of service execution will incur a 100% charge of the total amount.
If
the hotel is located more than 5 kilometers from the city center, guest
pickup will be treated as a transfer and will be charged as one hour of
limo service.
If the guide picks up or drops
off a group at a location outside of Zagreb, in addition to the
transportation costs, they are entitled to a transfer fee.

We just got back from the trip to the Plitvice Lakes, a tour offered by Permansio Tours. It includes a stop at Rastoke, full lunch and tickets to the park, so you can skip standing in line to buy, you get the pre-purchased tickets and go in. There are a few company’s that offer the same trip or very similar, but here’s why I think Permansio is the best.
As mentioned, the owner of the company was our driver today, and he is a great guide! Very knowledgeable and friendly. We actually feel like we made a new friend here today. If you are into learning more of the culture and history of the area, and going to the Plitvice National Park, we highly recommend this company.
They pick up and drop off at your hotel. The relationship with this company and the restaurant is very good, and we felt like we were treated like family.
The customers who book with Permansio are their top priority.
We had a great time and we would use this company for any and all tours when we come back to Zagreb and surrounding area.
